Senator Ron Johnson’s Hearing on Covid 19: A Second Opinion

If you have not yet taken the time to check out Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson’s hearing, titled Covid 19: A Second Opinion, which took place on January 24, 2022, you should definitely take the time to sit down and watch all 5+ hours of it. The information put out by this very qualified, expert panel of doctors and nurses is incredible and well worth every minute of your time.

I think most of the doctors present on the panel are affiliated with the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC).

Formed by leading critical care specialists in March 2020, at the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic, the ‘Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance’ is now a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to developing highly effective treatment protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and to improve the outcomes for patients ill with the disease.

Whatever your thoughts are on the issue of Covid-19, there should always be room for conversation. The doctors, nurses and vaccine injured citizens, presenting at Senator Johnson’s hearing, make a very compelling case against the current NIH/FDA and CDC covid-19 treatment guidelines. They also make a very compelling case against these institutions for their all-to-obvious efforts to censure all other outside perspectives.

At the very least, the perspectives shared at Senator Johnson’s hearing warrant consideration from every citizen AND their primary healthcare provider… as does the recommended protocols put out by the Front Line Covid 19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC).  People should challenge their clinics and hospitals to review these recommendations and compare them to their own policies and procedures. These institutions should be able to describe specifically why their policies would differ and explain why their procedures, if different, would lead to better outcomes.

Seeing loved ones suffer under any circumstance is hard. The thought that this suffering might be avoided or mitigated with available treatment measures or making informed decisions is empowering. The current conditioning by our media and politicians, in consultation with our regional health departments, is disempowering and divisive. (I would say needlessly divisive, but I recognize that division is necessary to maintain our dependency on these governing political institutions and their associated pay to play corporations. I’ll let you decide who you think has the upper hand in that public/ private partnership power dynamic.)

Whatever these last two years have done to jade us, moving forward and out of this situation will require us to focus on love, not fear and anger. And it will require us to have these critical conversations to evolve beyond this toxic paradigm. I was recently introduced to the works of Ekhart Tolle by a friend on Facebook. This video of Tolle speaking on the subject of conscious conversation might be helpful to those trying to engage with others in conversation on these issues.

Follow Up Letter to the Editor of The Idaho County Free Press

As a follow up to the letter to the editor concerning the microwave radiation concerns in Grageville, I wanted to bring attention to the latest developments in the petition to the US Supreme Court of Appeals to hear the case, Santa Fe Alliance for Public Health and Safety v. City of Santa Fe.

Please take the time to read Arthur Firstenberg’s Newsletter for more details about this petition:

This is the U.S. Supreme Court Website with the PDF Link to this Case:

From the standpoint of the (should be) simple act of being informed about a potential health concern and the allowance for it to be discussed openly in the national news media, this important challenge to a congressional act warrants a great deal more attention than just the occasional opinion piece. This is a challenge to an act of congress that strips people of some of their basic unalienable rights. And specifically prevents local communities from enacting laws or make reasonable accommodations to protect their citizens. I think this is a big deal. (I think the 1986 Telecommunications Act is the basis of Grangeville’s position of having no authority to restrict anyone from installing a 5G cell tower).

All the same, it is interesting to review the list of amici in the link provided in the Cell Phone Task Force newsletter.  There are numerous individuals and organizations out there concerned about this health issue. This should be encouraging to those of us who continue to feel marginalized or belittled for having such concerns.  Below are the organizations in the list of amici from Idaho.

Angel Wings Doves –

Idaho Panhandle Working Equitation-

Idahoans for Safe Technology Foundation, Inc. –

Jason Ropp, Roppop Photography

Save Selle Valley-

Wire Idaho-

One group I found of particular interest is the “Save Selle Valley” organization. They are active in Northern Idaho where Space X has installed one of their ground stations to support their soon to be tens of thousands of internet satellites. (See the Cell Phone Task Force Newsletter,”>Spaceport Genocide, for more details on Elon Musk’s investment in the arguably genocidal effort to blanket the Earth and the Magnetosphere with microwave radiation)

I would suggest contacting WSU Professor Emeritus, Martin Pall to give a presentation and take questions; similar to the presentation he provided in Moscow in January of 2020.

Comment to FEMA Concerning Herbicides and a Plausible Link to Wildlife Diseases

Please review the following comments I made to FEMA regarding my concerns with the “Teepee Springs Vegetation Management Project” Teepee Springs Vegetation Management Project (
Thank You,

Specifically speaking to Section 4.2 “Geology and Soils”; “Proposed Actions” 2nd & 3rd paragraphs:

Herbicide application may affect soils adversely. Some study results indicate that the impacts of herbicide application on soil function are often minor and temporary, but there some that suggest effects that could substantially alter soil function. Rose et al (2016) suggests disruption to earthworm activity in soils (interrelationship with mycorrhizal fungi and surface plants) where glyphosate and atrazine are used, and that soil nitrogen cycling can be disrupted by herbicides (sulfonylurea herbicide class posing the greatest risk). Diuron can disrupt soil microorganisms (algae and fungi), inhibiting microbial activity at low concentrations (NCAP 2003).

These impacts can happen both at the time of application, and for some herbicides, over a lengthy period of time (herbicide persistence or fate). As listed in Tables 3-1 and 3-2, depending on the herbicide used, it could persist in soils from 5 up to 1,000 days. Diuron in particular has Affected Environment, Potential Impacts, and Mitigation regularly been detected in the soil the following year after application, with the potential to be present up to 3 years (persistence occurs longer in dry soils). Certain soil factors affect herbicide persistence, such as soil composition, soil chemistry (pH, water), microbial activity, and climatic factors (Curran 2001). Soil composition (including organic matter) affects soil binding, leaching and volatilization. The pH levels of the soil affect chemical and microbial breakdowns of herbicides. Fungi, bacteria, protozoan levels are a major factor in herbicide breakdowns. The climatic factors that assist in this process are moisture, soil temperature, and sunlight.

The wording in this section details concerns with the persistent nature of some chemicals in the soils along with these chemicals causing changes in soil chemistry, microbial interactions and more.

This would suggest there could be follow on consequences to plants and animals from applying these chemicals. This would include some consequences that are known and some that are suspected or unknown. For reasons detailed below, I think there should be much more investigation into this potential causal link to the degradation of animal and human health. I think there is enough circumstantial evidence for precautionary principles to be applied and for regulatory agency approval guidelines to be suspected as inadequate. Beyond the human and animal costs in health, the economic losses are profound. The recent discovery of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) in Slate Creek, was just a few miles from the area near Whitebird where, in 2019, Elk Hoof Disease was first discovered in Idaho.  I think there is cause for concern with both cases being related to pesticide spraying. I believe both discoveries were made in the impact area of Idaho County’s multi-agency herbicide spraying campaign. Idaho County Creative Weed Control – Targeting noxious weeds with strategic approach – Idaho Rangeland Resource Commission

Both the discovery of Elk Hoof Disease and CWD were in an area where they would not have been expected to show up if the diseases were spread solely by contact. Neither area was bordering regions experiencing discoveries of elk hoof rot or Chronic Wasting Disease.

Before the Teepee Springs Vegetation Management Program moves forward, specifically the parts of the program that employ the use of herbicides or other chemicals, there should be more research done to rule out the possibility of chemical applications being a causal link in Chronic Wasting Disease and Elk Hoof Disease. As well, the causal link between pesticides and the expression of cancers and neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson’s, and their prevalence in Idaho County populations should be further studied.

Please review the studies and articles linked below and provide the research that adequately disproves their hypothesis, disqualifies their research findings and satisfies their requests for follow on research before moving forward with the chemical application portions of this project.

Glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup®, has also been shown to severely deplete Mn levels in plants. Here, we investigate the impact of Mn on physiology, and its association with gut dysbiosis as well as neuropathologies such as autism, Alzheimer’s disease (AD), depression, anxiety syndrome, Parkinson’s disease (PD), and prion diseases.”

Elk Hoof Disease:

“Exploring the Potential Cause of Elk Hoof Disease” by Jon Gosch- Exploring a Potential Root Cause of Elk Hoof Disease

“There are at least four plausible hypotheses for how toxic forest chemicals may be the root cause or chief contributing factor of elk hoof disease. The first is that herbicides are known to dramatically reduce the quantity and quality of forage for elk, and that alone can cause hoof problems as farriers have testified. Indeed, the very purpose of herbicides is to destroy unwanted vegetation, and unfortunately for elk feeding on industrial timberlands, herbicides can reduce their favorite woody plant species by up to 70%. The forage that remains after the herbicides defoliate is of questionable quality, and likely a factor in researchers declaring that the Mount St. Helens herd is in poor nutritional condition.

The second hypothesis is that the immunotoxic properties of forest herbicides such as atrazine are weakening the immune systems of elk and making them susceptible to a plethora of bacteria and diseases they had previously been able to ward off. Atrazine is one of the most commonly sprayed forestry herbicides despite being banned by the European Union in 2004 because of persistent groundwater contamination. According to a report by the National Toxicology Program, which is administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, “atrazine was found to adversely affect the immune system and, thus, is considered to be an immunotoxic compound.”

The third hypothesis is that the chelating properties of herbicides such as glyphosate (the active ingredient of Roundup and another commonly applied forest chemical) strip the soil of vital micronutrients and make them unavailable in the forage that elk depend on. In fact, WDFW’s own research has shown that deficiencies of copper and selenium are associated with keratin irregularities which can cause not only hoof deformities but antler deformities as well.

The fourth hypothesis was provided, coincidentally, by a WSU researcher unaffiliated with the College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Michael Skinner has recently received significant media coverage for demonstrating that exposure to glyphosate alters the molecular make-up of DNA, which can negatively impact physiology and promote numerous diseases that did not previously exist. Disturbingly, these epigenetic changes are inherited by generations to come. Though Dr. Skinner’s experiments were conducted on rodents, he believes that glyphosate exposure likely produces similar results in all mammalian species.”

“Scientific investigation determined spiral shaped bacteria known as Treponemes are present in affected feet so the disease is formally called Treponeme-associated hoof disease Treponeme-Associated Hoof Disease of Free-Ranging Elk (Cervus elaphus) in Southwestern Washington State, USA. It appears that these bacteria are spread through contaminated environments or from elk to elk by direct contact. However, these bacteria are likely not acting alone in causing the disease. Other factors such as overall animal health and nutrition, environmental factors, herbicides, and other disease causing organisms that may contribute to development of disease need to be investigated.”

I am starting to see more people I know in this and nearby areas come down with Parkinson’s disease. Similar to the number of cancer claims being sought and won against round up herbicide, it seems the claims based on the research linking Parkinson’s to paraquat and other pesticides is resulting in similar legal victories.

“High risk of Parkinson’s disease for people exposed to pesticides”

Scientists knew that in animal models and cell cultures, such pesticides trigger a neurodegenerative process that leads to Parkinson’s, a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that often impairs motor skills, speech and other functions and for which there is no cure. The disease has been reported to occur at high rates among farmers and in rural populations, contributing to the hypothesis that agricultural pesticides may be partially responsible.

Letter to the Idaho County Free Press on EMF

The article in the October 27 issue of the Idaho County Free Press concerning the question to the Grangeville city council about whether or not the new antenna on top of the Fox Theater is 5G, brings to light an important and legitimate health concern. While this is a legitimate question and concern, it overshadows the already existing concern with the wireless radiation that is being emitted from the existing towers and microwave emitting antennas that are already present in various locations throughout the city. The microwave radiation from those towers is already significant and can be measured all around the city of Grangeville. This microwave radiation exists behind the ever-present and far greater microwave radiation being emitted from people’s “smart” phones, watches, modems and so much more.

The microwave radiation power density, that is present throughout the city of Grangeville and in most rural towns, is already at a higher threshold than can be tolerated by some people who suffer from electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS Idaho). It is also at a level that peer reviewed studies have shown to have an effect on cellular functions. The effects of wireless radiation on cellular processes, and other effects identified in many peer reviewed studies, has been shown to contribute to cancers and other chronic illnesses. (see Dr. Martin Pall’s presentation to the NIH and his one, of many, studies on

In order to understand how it is that these studies can be ignored you have to know the history behind the development of these ubiquitous radio-frequency/ microwave technologies. You have to understand how it came to be that the Federal Communications Commission, a tech industry captured agency with no real expertise in assessing biological health concerns, has become the agency tasked with regulating our exposures. This is a history that warrants review by the Grangeville City Council and the city’s lawyer. That history explains why the city’s lawyer can say that there is nothing the city can do to regulate RF antenna erection and placement. Such regulatory acts by local governments are forbidden under the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Section 704 of that law states:

“No State or local government or instrumentality thereof may regulate the placement, construction, and modification of personal wireless service facilities on the basis of the environmental effects of radio frequency emissions to the extent that such facilities comply with the Commission’s regulations concerning such emissions.”

FCC Telecommunications Act of 1996

Because this unfolding history continues to fly “under the radar” it is difficult for the average citizen or community to become aware of this history and all the evidence of this potential health concern. Once made aware of the research and the history, the way this information is being handled in mass media seems disingenuous.

It should be noted that the legislation that protects the communications industry from liability due to health concern is currently being challenged by the “The Santa Fe Alliance for Public Health and Safety” who recently filed a petition to the US Supreme Court asking the Supreme Court to rule on two related questions: (From the article:)

1- Does Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 violate the right of
access to courts guaranteed by the First Amendment of the Constitution?

2- Does “environmental effects” mean “health effects” in Section 704?

Either an affirmative answer to the first question, or a negative answer to the second,
would immediately restore to all Americans the right to protect their health, their
lives and their property from microwave radiation, and would subject
telecommunications companies to liability for the injuries, deaths and property
damage they are causing.

Here is another excerpt from that article, which was written by Arthur Firstenberg, author of the book “Invisible Rainbow-A History of Electricity and Live“:

The Santa Fe Alliance for Public Health and Safety filed a petition On October 25, 2021 asking the U.S. Supreme Court to rule on a threat to the very existence of this country, and this world.

Twenty-five years ago, Congress passed a law that permitted the unlimited pollution of every square inch of this country with microwave radiation. The polluters – telecommunications companies — were exempted from all liability for injury, death and property damage. Cities and states were forbidden to protect their citizens. State courts were prohibited from hearing lawsuits. The millions of people injured, killed, and deprived of their income and property by cell towers and antennas have had no remedy for their injuries, deaths and losses. The law that accomplished this destruction of our country is the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

It should also be noted that the FCC itself has been overruled by a lawsuit that is forcing them to review the outdated electromagnetic radiation standards that have been in place since 1996, and force them to consider recent studies that demonstrate harm at power density levels that are orders of magnitude lower than what is necessary to heat tissue.

United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit judges in favor of environmental health groups and petitioners; finds FCC violated the Administrative Procedure Act and failed to respond to comments on environmental harm.

The Cancer Pandemic

As a note to the city of Grangeville, Idaho County and the rest of those in the State of Idaho that are heavily invested in managing the covid-19 pandemic. Perhaps it is prudent to stop and concern yourselves with the ever-present and observable, long-standing cancer pandemic and look into the alarming rate of other devastating illnesses (autism, auto-immune disorders, diabetes, etc…).  Far more people, in Idaho and throughout the rest of the nation and around the world, die every year from cancer than from covid-19 and the case fatality rate is much greater; yet, by comparison, this receives much less attention.

Idaho County Cancer Profile:

We all know many people in our lives that have been affected by cancer. Perhaps what would be most effective to reduce the numbers of those suffering would be for communities to identify the probable cancer causing sources and take measures to reduce people’s exposure to these environmental toxins; electromagnetic radiation being one of them (perhaps the most significant one).

American Cancer Society “Special Section on Covi-19 and Cancer”:

The COVID-19 pandemic has had numerous consequences secondary to the disease itself, including reduced access to care for other illnesses. Early in the pandemic there was a need to divert health care resources to address a rapidly growing number of individuals ill with COVID-19 and also protect healthy people from exposure to SARSCoV-2 by suspending non-urgent health care. While these measures were necessary, delays in cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment due to reduced health care access will likely result in a short-term drop in cancer diagnoses followed by increases in late-stage diagnoses and preventable cancer deaths (Figure S2). Some individuals may continue to delay preventive care and symptom follow-up due to fear of exposure or loss of employment and/or employer-based health care. These ramifications will particularly affect historically disadvantaged communities that already have challenges accessing quality medical care and face a disproportionate burden of COVID-19 illness, hospitalization, and death. Additionally, behavioral changes adopted during the pandemic, such as weight gain, physical inactivity, and alcohol consumption, may carry over into long-term health consequences

American Cancer Society “Special Section on Covid-19 and Cancer”

For more information on the issue of cancer causes, I encourage people to check out the Trevor’s Treck Foundation website. This foundation and website were created by childhood brain cancer survivor, Trevor Shaeffer. His work to develop the recently enacted legislation known as “Trevor’s Law”; with the help of others such as Erin Brokevitch, Senators Mike Crapo and Barbara Boxer; sheds light on the inadequacy of the investigations into the causes of cancer and other illnesses. Research into environmental toxins and disease clusters continues to be concerningly neglected by all agencies, research institutions, professional societies and prominent health advocacy organizations. In Trevor’s case the suspected cancer causing agent was heavy metals in Payette Lake from mining in the upstream watersheds. (His story can be read about in his book “The Boy on The Lake“).

“Trevor’s Law was originally introduced on January 25, 2011 by then Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) as the “Strengthening Protections for Children and Communities From Disease Clusters Act” (Senate Bill 76), in the Environment and Public Works Committee.  This bipartisan bill was Co-Sponsored by Senator Mike Crapo (R-ID). S.76 was re-introduced on January 22, 2013 and was then known as bill S.50 with companion bill S.53.”

Identifying, Tracking and Investigating Cancer Clusters Nationwide

Unfortunately, I have yet to see evidence that Trevor’s Trek Foundation considers microwave (RF) radiation as an environmental toxin. (There is, however, evidence that his colleague, Erin Brokovitch, does consider this health hazard: “Erin Brokovich Firm Joins Lawsuit Against FCC and Telecom Act!“).

Trevor’s Trek “Child Cancer Cluster Buster” Map:

Approximately 15,780 children will be diagnosed with cancer this year in the United States. Toxic contamination is a known contributor to the alarming number of children diagnosed with cancer each year. Trevor’s Law was signed into law in 2016 but the Federal Government has failed to act, and our children are suffering the consequences. We introduced our Childhood Cancer Cluster Buster Program to track childhood cancer cases and identify and clean up childhood cancer cluster sights across the United States to help provide a safer community for our children and their loved ones to live in.

If you or someone you know has experienced childhood cancer please consider filling out our Community Impact Form to help us identify and track childhood cancer clusters throughout the United States. Thank you for your support!

Reducing Your Microwave Exposure

Some “quick tips” to reduce your own exposure to microwave radiation would be to turn everything in your house back to ‘wire-ful’. Use cables between devices such as your modem and computer. Turn everything off (some devices may need to be unplugged) at night, including your phone. Devices that have wireless capability should be turned to airplane mode as much as possible, making sure that WiFi and Blutooth are off. You are not just protecting your own health, but the health of those around you. If you think you may be experiencing electromagnetic sensitivity, check out the Idahoans For Safe Technology Inc. website. Common symptoms include headache, nausea, brain fog, extreme fatigue, skin rash, and heart palpitations.

For more information on how to reduce your own exposure, here are a couple of valuable resources.

As a final note, I would like to bring attention to the fact that much of what gets presented to city councils and in the public space, on the concerns over 5G, has a tendency to get lost in “conspiracy land”. I implore the city council and everyone else to get beyond this low level of manufactured perception and give this issue the consideration it deserves.  Perhaps, as a gesture of good faith and in the interest of serving the public trust, the city council should invite someone with expertise in the area of biology and RF to present to the city council and the community. Perhaps they could consult with the City of Moscow, as they are in the same situation and have actually provided an opportunity for such a presentation to the council and their citizens a couple of years ago.

“Moscow Mayor Bill Lambert said most of the emails he received from residents about the new technology revolved around health concerns. Ray said the Moscow Sustainable Environment Commission will continue to research and monitor the changing legal landscape on radio frequency emissions and potential health effects.”

More recently (January 2020), the University of Idaho hosted a presentation by WSU Professor Emeritus, Dr. Martin Pall who presented on the dangers of 5G. He might be a qualified and willing professional in the field of microwave radiations and human health to solicit for a similar presentation in Grangeville.

Something in the air- Researcher warns 5G could be bad for our health

On Wednesday, Pall will deliver the talk “5G: What the Wireless Industry Doesn’t Want You to Know” at the University of Idaho Law School Courtroom in Moscow. It’s a controversial topic, with claims of ignorance on both sides of the issue.
